TrueAlpha is a brand of Satvik Partners LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (GSTIN 06AFDFS7515N1ZK), with its principal place of business at Tower-A-1303, Park View Spa, Sector 47, Gurugram, Haryana 122001.

These Terms are an agreement between you and Satvik Partners LLP ("TrueAlpha", "we", "us"). They govern your use of this website and your participation in TrueAlpha programs, including the Founders Fellowship. By using the website or applying to a program, you agree to them.

About TrueAlpha

TrueAlpha is an education and advisory platform. Our programs prepare founders to build and raise. Nothing we provide is investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and joining a program does not guarantee funding from TrueAlpha or anyone else. Investment decisions are always made by investors.

Applications and selection

You agree to give accurate and complete information in your application. We review every application and decide on selection at our sole discretion; we are not obliged to give reasons for a decision. An offer is confirmed only once the program fee is paid.

Fees and payment

Fees, taxes and what they include are as shown on the website at the time you apply. The application fee and the program fee are payable as described there and are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your participation

As a participant, you agree to:

• Attend sessions and complete the weekly work in good faith; minimum attendance requirements may apply for Demo Day.
• Treat mentors, guests, staff and fellow founders with respect.
• Keep confidential anything other founders share about their businesses, and not use it for your own benefit.
• Follow the rules of venues during in-person parts of the program.

We may remove a participant who breaches these Terms, without a refund.

Program changes

We may change the schedule, format, venues, mentors or guest speakers where needed. If we cancel a cohort, our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.

Intellectual property

Program materials, templates, frameworks and recordings belong to TrueAlpha and are for your personal use while building your venture. Please do not share, resell or publish them. Your startup, your ideas and the work you create for it remain yours.

Recordings and photographs

Sessions and events may be recorded or photographed. Recordings are shared with the cohort, and we may use event photos to tell people about TrueAlpha. Tell us if you would prefer not to appear.

Limitation of liability

We provide the website and programs with reasonable care, but on an "as is" basis. To the extent the law allows, TrueAlpha is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the outcome of any fundraise or business decision, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the program concerned.

Governing law
