We work with founders from idea stage and pre-seed through early revenue and seed-ready. You don't need a big team or large revenue. You need a real problem, the commitment to solve it, and the willingness to put in the work each week.

Yes. If you're committed to building the company, you're welcome to apply. Part of the program is working out whether you should raise now, later, or through a different kind of capital, and what you need in place before you do.

8 weeks. It opens with Orientation in Gurugram, runs as two live online sessions a week (Wednesdays and Saturdays, 2 hours each), and closes with Demo Day in Bangalore.

Sessions are live and hands-on, and each week ends with something you build, so we strongly encourage you to attend. Fellows need at least 80% attendance across the program; below that, your place at Demo Day may be affected. If something unavoidable comes up, recordings are shared within 24 hours, but that week's deliverable is still expected. The in-person Orientation (Week 1) and Demo Day (Week 8) are core to the experience, so please plan to be there.

₹1,50,000 + GST, covering the full 8-week curriculum, mentor access, templates and tools, the investor database, a place at Demo Day, and 12 months of fundraising support afterward, all included in the fee.

Yes, a non-refundable application fee of ₹199. It keeps the batch to founders who are serious about the program, so every application gets a proper review from our team.

Yes. We offer a limited number of scholarships, of up to 30% of the fee, to exceptional applicants based on merit and need. You can ask to be considered when you apply.

We review your application within 7 days. Shortlisted founders are invited to a short online conversation (about 20 minutes) with our team. You hear our decision within 7 to 14 days, and accepted founders receive onboarding details and the Orientation date.

We look for founder commitment and clarity of thinking, the size of the problem you're tackling, evidence of progress (customer conversations, early traction or a prototype), and readiness to be coached. We also build a batch that will learn from each other, so we consider the mix of sectors and stages.

The program ends at Demo Day, but the support doesn't. Every fellow gets 12 months of fundraising support, included in the fee: a shortlist of investors who fit your stage, sector and thesis; access to TrueAlpha's database of 620+ active investors; investor-ready deck templates for every round; ongoing feedback on your story and deck as your raise evolves; and mentor office hours for real questions and decisions. Most raises take longer than eight weeks, so this is what carries you through.

TrueAlpha is an education and advisory platform. The Fellowship is built to prepare you to raise. It's not an investment offer, and joining it doesn't guarantee funding from TrueAlpha or anyone else.
