Refund & Cancellation Policy

TrueAlpha is a brand of Satvik Partners LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (GSTIN 06AFDFS7515N1ZK), with its principal place of business at Tower-A-1303, Park View Spa, Sector 47, Gurugram, Haryana 122001.

All fees paid to TrueAlpha are non-refundable. Please read this policy before you pay.

Application fee

The ₹199 application fee is non-refundable, whatever the outcome of your application.

Program fee

The program fee is non-refundable once paid. No refund, part-refund or credit is given if you withdraw, cancel, cannot attend, miss sessions, do not complete the program, or are removed for breaching our Terms. Each cohort is small, and your seat, stay and arrangements are committed for you as soon as you pay.

Cancellation by you

You may cancel your participation at any time by writing to us, but cancelling does not entitle you to a refund. Seats are not transferable to another person or to a later cohort.

Cancellation by TrueAlpha

In the unlikely event that TrueAlpha cancels a cohort entirely, we will offer you a seat in the next cohort. If you cannot attend that cohort, the program fee you paid will be refunded.

Payment errors

If you are charged twice, or charged for a payment that did not complete, write to hello@truealpha.vc, or WhatsApp 092203 37632 with your application number. Verified duplicate or failed charges are reversed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. This is a correction of a payment error, not a refund of a fee.
